From August 2020 to August 2021, I worked with Airbus Helicopters as an Intern for the ETXSI Simulations Department.
During this time, I worked with a small team of simulation experts to perfect the in-simulation User Experience and bring the overhead and CLT4000 panels to a more accurate standard.
This internship provided important insight into dynamic programming and scripting and the need to provide optimised code and reduce any impact possible on a high-class simulator.
During this time, I worked with multiple languages ( C++/C#/Python ) to develop programs capable of reading and modifying files through console commands on Linux-based devices, as well as working with proprietary engines to produce accurate reflections of real-life helicopter cockpits.
